Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect, it was in the center of the city and very close to the square. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful which made my stay very comfortable.

What I appreciated the most was the helpfulness of the staff. They made everything feel easy and organized, making sure any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was not stable, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay. the temperature of the water in the shower was hard to control and often fluctuated, which made it difficult to have a completely enjoyable shower experience.

The staff at Victoria were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had a kettle in our room and even arranged for an English-speaking guide for our tour. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The airport shuttle service was excellent without any issues. The central location was perfect for exploring the area.

The hotel's lobby bar offers a nostalgic journey back in time, with its fine beverages and historic photographs. The delicious cuisine in the restaurant is a great opportunity to explore French, Austrian, and Polish dishes.

Couldn't get enough of the rooms because the hotel didn't let me in on Christmas Eve! Such a fun surprise to find the doors locked and reception empty.
